The purposes of this study is to analyze and know about performance of crumb rubber industry that measured by worker productivity, value added and efficiency as variable. Period of data is from 1997 to 2004. This research found that during period of 1997 to 2004 the performance of crumb rubber industry in Indonesia is low relatively. Worker productivity relatively low although the average growth is 2.37 percent per year. It is caused by the average growth of production 5.13 percent per year is low than the average growth of production worker number that just 5.15 percent per year. The value added is relatively low although the average growth of value added per year 40.23 percent is high than the average growth of input cost 30.59 percent especially for raw and added material. The efficiency is not relatively efficient because the input cost that used is more than the value added that made although the average growth of efficiency is 10.63 percent per year. The average growth per year of value added that high does not make this industry be efficient because the total of value added per year is absolutely low than input cost per year.
