This study aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of Property, Real Estate and Building Construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2019 by using Altman Z-Score method and Springate S-Score method. The data source used was secondary data in the form of company annual financial reports obtained through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used was 10 sector companies in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction for the period of 2016-2019 by using purposive sampling technique. The results show that the most accurate method in predicting potential bankruptcy in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2019 was the Altman Z-Score method with an accuracy level of 100%.
