HUBUNGAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN MIGRAIN PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN DOKTER UMUM FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNSRI
Introduction : Primary headache is one of the main reason for people to see doctors. Primary headache could result in decreasing of life quality and adversely affecting academic. Sleep and primary headache have a complicated and wide relation. Sleep deprivation could be the trigger of primary headache. The aim of this study was to perceive the association of sleep quality with primary headache among Medical tudent in faculty of medicine Sriwijaya University. Method : This study was analytical cross-sectional study with primary data from primary headache questionnaires, PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), and WHO Well Being Index. In this study, 206 samples were fulfilled inclusion criteria. Result : The result of this study showed that from 206 subjects, there were 81 (41.3%) of them who suffer from primary headache. There are 139 (70.9%) subjects who have poor sleep quality. Chi Square test showed that there was an association between sleep quality and primary headache. Conclusion : There was an association between sleep quality and primary headache among medical student in Faculty of Medicine Sriwijaya University 2017.
