Background: Violent sharp trauma cases are the most recorded cases in the Departement of Forensic Medicine and Medical Records, Dr.Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. This Research was conducted to determine the number of victims of sharp trauma violence recorded in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Medical Records Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang from 2018-2020. Method: This type of research is descriptive observational. Data were collected at the Department of Forensic Medicine and Medical Records Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in the 2018-2020 period with the population and research sample being victims of sharp trauma violence. Data are displayed descriptively in tables and graphs Result: There were 281 people who experienced sharp trauma from 2018-2020. Stab wounds were 132 cases (46.97%).
