The develop of problem solving based problems in the endocrine system material aims to produce valid, reliable and practical problem solving test instrument products. The method used in this reseacrh is the development research method of Djaali dan Mulyono (2008). The stages of research and development consist of several stages, namely the theory synthesis and needs analysis stage, the planning stage and the evaluation stage. The evaluation phase is divided into three namely validity test, reliability test and item analysis. Item analysis is performed by analyzing the degree of diffuclty, distiuishing features and distract of functions. The validation of the questions is done through two stages namely, theoretical validation (expert validation) and empirical validation (test participant’s answers). Based on the validation of the tick theory 0,86 which shows that the problem solving problem is valid. Reliability of problem solving is worth 0,82 which means that the reliability of problem solving is high. The practicaly of problem solving questions can determined through the analysis of the questionnaire test participants at participants at the trial stage with an average value of the results of the questionnaire was 71 which shows that the problem solving questions included practical endocrine system problem solving test material was produced.
