The purpose of this research is to establish if there any contradiction effect of self-efficacy the working mothers and the non working mothers to student self-concept in SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Kind of research ex post facto. The technique sampling used purposive sampling (selected) with 164 subjects that consist of 41 working mothers and non working mothers with the number of children each collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique that uses simple linear regression and descriptive statistics. The research result saw (1)there is significant influence between self-efficacy working mothers to student self-concept, the research>ttabel (2,510>1,993). (2)no significant effect between self-efficacy the non working mothers to self-concept, the result is 0,76>1,993, which means ttest1,993.
