This research aimed to know the Influence Of Physical Work Environment On Employee Service Quality At Puskesmas ( Central Public Health Services ) Tebing Gerinting Village, Sub-District Of South Indralaya. The population in this research are all employees at Puskesmas (Central Public Health Services) Tebing Gerinting Village, SubDistrict of South Indralaya, District of Ogan Ilir consist of 45 employees and census method implemented to consider the number of respondents. The method of data collecting used in this research is primary data which derived from questionnaire. The technique of data analysis test which using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis test could be concluded that Physical Work Environment has positive and significant on Employee Service Quality at Puskesmas (Central Public Health Services) Tebing Gerinting Village, Sub-District of South Indralaya, District of Ogan Ilir. Therefore, employees must further improve the physical work environment so that service quality can also be improved.
