The most common species that cause infection are Ascaris lumbricoides, Hookworm, Trichuris trichiura, Strongyloides stercoralis, and Trichostrongylus sp. One of the factors causing STH infection in a person is contamination of STH eggs in foods that are not properly processed, including lettuce which is often consumed raw. This study aims to identify the contamination of STH eggs in lettuce vegetables in hamburger foods sold in Ilir Barat I District. This research is a descriptive research. The results of the identification are documented and recorded, then the data will be presented descriptively. Of the 15 samples obtained and examined, 1 samples were identified as positive for STH (6,67%) while the other 14 samples were identified as negative (93.33%).
