This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership on the Work Discipline of PDAM Tirta Sejiran Setason, Muntok City. The variables in this research are leadership as an independent variable and work discipline as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 52 people employees of PDAM Tirta Sejiran Setason City of Muntok and the Sampling technique used satuated sample. Data collection methods used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that leadership had no significant effect on the work discipline of PDAM Tirta Sejiran Setason employees in Muntok City. The advice given for the creation of good work discipline is that a leader must be able to adjust his leadership to the current situation.
