PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA KARYAWAN INDOMARET DI KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR)
This research aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention in Indomaret in Ogan Ilir Regency. The study used quantitative methods with questionnaires as research instruments. The population in this study was 176 people with 64 respondents using proportional cluster sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is a simple liner regression. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention of Indomaret employees in Ogan Ilir Regency. From the aspects that have been researched, Indomaret management should pay more attention to aspects that can affect job satisfaction so that the turnover rate of employee intention is low.
