This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital Effectiveness on Profitability in Transportation Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on its Fleet Perspective. The data used in this study are annual data for 2013-2017. The sample of this study were 21 companies selected using the purposive sampling method and then divided into three fleet groups. This research uses quantitative data. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that on the land fleet, accounts receivable turnover has a significant positive effect on return on investment (ROI), while working capital turnover, cash turnover and inventory turnover variables have no significant effect on return on investment (ROI). In the sea fleet and air fleet, variable working capital turnover, cash turnover accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have no significant effect on return on investment (ROI).
