The purpose of this study was to study the planning of organizational commitment to employee performance at The 1O1 Rajawali Hotel Palembang. The number of participants and at the same time the samples in this study were 82 employees at The 1O1 Rajawali Hotel Palembang. Data collection techniques were carried out by submitting a questionnaire to all employees at The 1O1 Rajawali Hotel Palembang.
