The objective of this study was to disclose the effects of the interest rates of the deposits and per capita income on the time deposits in Indonesia during the period of the I / 2007 - IV / 2014. The analytical method used was the multiple linear regression method. The results of analysis showed that the interest rates of the deposits and the per capita income had a positive and significant effect on time deposits in Indonesia. The coefficient of the interest rate of the deposits was 6.539984 and that of the per capita income was 1.517322 which influenced the increase of the time deposits at the conventional commercial banks in Indonesia.
