HUBUNGAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT (POS) DENGAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA PADA PERAWAT KONTRAK DI RSU X
The research objective was to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and job involvement in contract nurses RSU X. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and job involvement among contract nurses in RSU X. Participants in this study were 123 nurses in RSU X aged 23-43. The research uses two scales as a measuring instrument, which is a Job Involvement scale that refers to the aspects of Yoshimura (1996) and the perceived organizational support scale that refers to the aspects from Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison dan Sowa (1986). The results shown that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and job involvement among contract nurses in RSU X with the value of r= 0.494 and P = 0.000 (P. < 0.05). This suggests that perceived organizational support (POS) has a significant relationship with job involvement. Therefore, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
