Skin malignant tumors are abnormal cell growths and grow out of control that divided into basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and malignant melanoma. The incidence of malignant skin tumors has increased over the last few decades globally. At least, a very slight data regarding the incidence of skin malignant tumors in Indonesia, especially in the city of Palembang, so it is necessary to conduct research on the profile of malignant skin tumors at the Dermatology and Venereology Polyclinic, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang for the period 2017 - 2019. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. Samples were taken from secondary data in the form of medical records of malignant skin tumor patients using total sampling technique. The proportion of skin malignant tumors in 2017-2019 were 10.6%; 10.3%; 3.4% with 75 new cases. The most common type of malignant skin tumor was KSB (74.7%). Most skin malignant tumors were experienced by women (50.7%) and the 57-69 years old age group (44%). The occupation with the most skin malignant tumors patient is farmers (21.3%). The location of the lesion was common in the exposed area (70.7%). The most common trigger factor was a history of previous moles (41.3%). The incidence of skin malignant in Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in 2017 - 2019 tends to decrease.
