HUBUNGAN HITUNG TROMBOSIT DAN NILAI HEMATOKRIT DENGAN NS1Ag PADA DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE
Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a contagious infectious disease that has become a world health problem, especially in tropical and subtropical areas in more than 100 countries. The standard of DHF diagnosis is culture examination and virus isolation through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) examination, but this is rarely done due to limitations in cost and technical processing. Things that are often done to diagnose DHF are peripheral blood tests and NS1Ag as an initial diagnosis. Theoretically, there is a relationship between the results of NS1Ag examination with platelets and hematocrit. The study conducted was an analytic observation with cross-sectional study design. The results of chi-square analysis show a significant relationship between platelets count with NS1Ag in dengue hemorragic fever (P=0,006) and no significant relationship between hematocrit value with NS1Ag in dengue hemorragic fever (P=0,348). The study suggested that there is a significant relationship between platelets count with NS1Ag in dengue hemorragic fever. While at value of hematocrit with NS1Ag in dengue hemorragic fever have no significant relationship.
