The Komering River Basin is located along the Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency which is a branch of the Ogan River Basin which is directly connected to the Musi River Basin. In this research area, there is also a dam located in the middle of the Komering river, which was made in 1990. The analysis carried out will compare changes that occur in river morphometry before and after the construction of infrastructure in the form of a dam. The analysis was carried out by comparing the results of river morphometric calculations on the division of river segments on the Makrorelief scale and the Mesorelief scale based on spatial changes and visual changes in river morphometry based on river neck parameters (L), curvature axis (A), radius of curvature (R), flow length. (S), river width (W), and sine value (C), as well as identification of influences caused by rainfall (climate), land cover conditions, and geological conditions. Based on the analysis of the research conducted, it represents that in various aspects, there have been significant changes to the Komering river flow around the Perjaya Dam, after the dam changes occurred in the upstream and downstream areas of the dam.
