With so many case of vehicle theft make vehicle owners alert. One the reason is its difficult to detect the position of the vehicle during the theft. Therefore in this final project writer is designed a tool that can minimize the problem.Vehicle detection is one of the important solution to help user in the search for lost vehicle using technology with GPS and GSM modules. This tool can detects the location of the vehicle on a Google Map that coordinates will be sent via SMS Gateway in the link to the number of users. From the results of testing the tool system, the percentage of success obtained from the tool is 86.7% and the percentage of error is 13.3%.
