FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERTERIMAAN PENERAPAN PAS BANDARA (E-PAS) DENGAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) (Studi Kasus : Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang)
Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport is one of the airports managed by PT. Angkasa Pura II. To be able to enter into the restricted areas at the airport, an identification is needed to be used as identity. and currently, there are many irresponsible parties who try to forge PAS cards in order to enter restricted areas, so a technology is needed to know whether the PAS is genuine or not. This study explains the idea of a Technology Acceptance Model approach by Vincent Dutot (2015) at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang in order to find out what factors influence the acceptance of airport PAS implementation at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang airport, using the Path Analysis Trimming Method. The questionnaire was distributed using a Likert scale questionnaire. The variables tested were Trust, Social Influence, Security, Technology Availability, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Intention to Use and Usage variables. The results of this study are the variables that can support the application of airport PAS are the variables of Trust, Security, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Intention to Use while the variables Technology Availability, Social Influence, and Usage are less supportive in implementing airport PAS.
