PENERAPAN CROSS-SELLING DALAM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) DENGAN PENDEKATAN MARKET BASKET ANALYSIS (MBA) PADA TOKO NEW TROPO ACCESSORIES PALEMBANG
Toko New Tropo Accessories Palembang is a business that is engaged in buying and selling of batteries - storage - retail. To increase customer loyalty, the New Tropo Accessories Palembang store needs efforts by using a sales strategy, namely Customer Management Relationship (CRM) with the Cross-Selling method which is able to provide recommendations for products purchased with other products. The New Tropo Accessories Palembang store in the period January 1 2018 - January 1 2020 had 3281 total product transactions. A lot of data requires a technique to find interesting patterns of information by using one of the methods of data mining, namely the association rule mining method. In the retail business sector, this method is better known as market basket analysis. The need for market basket analysis begins with the accuracy and benefits generated in the form of the association rule, which means data related patterns in the database. In supporting the association rule method, a priori algorithm is used so that the processed analysis will get the best-selling item configuration which then becomes cross-selling in the sales process and can be used as needed.
