DAMRI Public Company is a company that has the main task of carrying out the transportation of passengers and goods on the road using a motorized vehicle. One of the branches is DAMRI Public company Palembang branch. The problem that occurs is due to the absence of a mechanism to manage knowledge, so that it can be said that the Palembang City branch of Perum DAMRI will lose knowledge assets. From these problems a Knowledge Management System is produced which can manage employee knowledge and provide solutions to employee problems. The system was created using the After Action Review and Case Based Reasoning methods. The Knowledge Management System is built using a 10-Step KM Roadmap and the Knowledge stored in the system is business field knowledge.
