The purpose of this research are to know the impact of inflation, exchange rate and interest rate as a part of monetary economy variable which often to be discuss in effecting the liquidity of States bank which can see from the value of its LDR. This LDR value highly related to the function of the bank as intermediatory between the needed with the one who has more fund. The public trust which slightly increase to the government bank from year to year makes the bank easy to collect the fund from this third party. On the other half in doing another function of the bank that is as fund supplier. the bank has to face a dilemma, which is the maintain its liquidity and runs the intermediation function, Reacting to this investment distribution, the government banks not only has to notice its debitur condition, but also has to consider the economy condition which happened in the related country. The unstable of the exchange rate, a fluctuation in inflation level and interest rate which the government bank stated will determined demand and supply credit in government bank Data for this research is inflation level, exchange rate rupiahs to dollar, interest rate and the LDR at the government bank from 1991 until 2003. The data source is secondary data which is generated from annually report of Bank Indonesia, BPS, and economic journal. In quantitative analysis, using multiple linear regression method. Obtaining that independent variable significantly effecting the dependent variable. It can be seen from the calculation R2 with the value 0,933 with indicated that 93,3% of LDR value effected by the inflation level, exchange rate, and interest rate. And the rest, effected by another variable outside the model. And also can be seen from the F test that F statistic bigger than F table (42,052 > 8,81). In another hand, qualitative analysis is used to interpreted the result from quantitative analysis and explain the data growth from inflation level, exchange rate, and interest rate in Indonesia
