In the process of processing data registrants in BimBel B'Smart Palembang still use manual methods. The purpose of this study was to design a data processing information system for registrants at Bimbel B'Smart Palembang based on computers that are expected to be able to assist officers in processing data for registrants of course participants at BimBel B'Smart Palembang. The system development method uses the waterfall model which is analysis, design, implementation and testing, application and maintenance. In the system design stage using DFD, ERD, and the implementation of this system uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as data storage and XAMMP as a web server. This information system is strived to provide the best solution for the community in providing information. Keywords: System Information, Registration, PHP and MySQL
