This Research is intend to analyze the factors which influence the government expenditures in Musi Rawas region. This research is expected to be an information material that can explain the factors which influence the government expenditures in Musi Rawas region. The data which been used in this research are secondary data that come from any source like Central Statistic Bureau, Musi Rawas Income Regional Office, The Government of Musi Rawas region, Labor Force and Transmigration in Musi Rawas region, literatures and also books that relevant with this research. The technical analysist that been used in this research is doubled regression linear model. The estimation result shows that R: (R Square) is 0,995 that means 99,5 percent of Balancing Fund, Original Income Regional and also Gross Domestic, Regional Product explain change government expenditure level in Musi Rawas region. Mean while from the result statistic test, Balancing Fund and Original Income Regional have significant influence and Gross domestic Regional Product is not significant.
