STRATEGI PEMASARAN BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA CABANG PALEMBANG DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH NASABAH
This research aims to 1) understand what the work done by Bank Muamalat Indonesia Palembang Branch in an effort to increase the number of customers, 2) the effect of marketing strategy Bank Muamalat Indonesia Palembang Branch to obtain and increase the number of customers and 3) Identifying the most influential marketing mix for the operations of the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Palembang Branch to obtain and increase the number of customers. Results showed that the variable promotion and education became a significant variable in the marketing strategies of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Palembang Branch in improving the number of customers in addition to those variables and the productivity and quality which have large regression coefficients in this study. To be able to continue to increase the number of customers, the author recommends that companies continue to increase the intensity of the campaign, improve Service quality to customers and improve the capability and competence of employees.
