This research is intended to know if the employee recruitment system has already run well based on the recruitment system and conditions which has been made by the company and to discuss if the amount of employee who has family relationship with the owner of the company help the smooth operational activities in the company where every decision will not be influenced by the existing family relationship. Gary Dessler theory is that the limitation personnel need planning has been divided into two points. They are (1) the need of employee recruited (2) the employee quality which is very important for the company in the recruitment process. The result shows that decisions which were taken to overcome the activities which are not on the right path which have been done by the employee in family relation will only have reposition in the company. Due to there are many problems appeared because of employee in family relationship company, it is suggested that company has Standard in recruiting employee in every level and company should consider if the future employee who has family relations with the company owner is the right person on the right place in the company.
