The objectives of this research are to know a value of the by using firm MVA and EVA’s approach and the process to analyze of Market Value Added and Economic Value Added in itself. Research finding has shown financial performance of firm with MVA approach was increasing during the period of years 2002 - 2006. So it can be conclude that firm have been able to create wealth to shareholders. Then it can be an indication that market can hope management of firm can produce positive EVA in the future, exactly financial performance with EVA approach. A Firm gives value added whereas in 2004 and 2005 produce negative value that caused by the increasing Capital Charges of the firm. Based on Research, the writer suggests firm need to optimize the Capital structure of firm, according to expect from shareholder so the negative value in 2004 and 2005 can be solved and do the strategic step to increase Capital structure of firm and finally the increasing of value of MVA and EVA.
