ANALISIS SIKAP PELANGGAN TELKOMSEL TERHADAP LAYANAN NADA SAMBUNG PRIBADI (NSP) 1212 DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The objectives of this research are 1) to know the attitude of Telkomsel customers to Nada Sambung Pribadi (NSP) 1212, and 2) to know what factors of attitude are the most influence factors of Telkomsel customers to use Nada Sambung Pribadi (NSP) 1212. Research finding has shown that generally Telkomsel customers have good attitude to NSP. The most influence factors of attitude that make Telkomsel customers use NSP are : the information of NSP code is easy to get, NSP can communicate favorite song and can express emotional/personality of the user. This research has also shown that Telkomsel customers assume that the price of NSP is quite expensive and the activation period is too short. In order to progress the performance of NSP Telkomsel, management of the company may keep on maintaining and improving the marketing strategy through “emotional value” approach which is also harmonized with “functional value” approach. The company may also accommodate the price of NSP with its activation period.
