The purpose of this research is to analyze Capital structure for finance performance, that consist of current ratio, ROI ( return on investment), and ROE (return on equity) partially in PT Aqua Golden Mississippi Tbk. The method of analyzing the data that is used to analyze the influence of Capital structure o finance performance is statistic analysis. The analysis of statistics consists of regression test, autocorrelation test, determination and correlation test, and heteroskedasticities test. The tabulation of the data is used to find the influence of Capital structure partially to finance performance. The result of this research shows that the liquidity level, current ratio of PT Aqua Golden Mississippi Tbk. is good, because of the high ratio and the average above 100%, the level of ROI is also good, although in the end of 2006, it was decrease. The level of ROE is good too, but in the end of 2006, it was decrease until under 20%. This research also shows the Capital structure influences current ratio and has strong relationship and same direction, but Capital structure does not influence ROI, and it has very weak relationship. The Capital structure influences ROE and has strong relationship and different direction. It’s recommend to the company, to increase the current ratio, ROI, and ROE, so the company can increase their financial performance.
