Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) jasa terhadap keputusan pembelian di J.CO Donuts and Coffee Palembang Indah Mal dan 2) mengetahui faktor bauran pemasaran {marketing mix) jasa apa yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian di J.CO Donuts and Coffee Palembang Indah Mal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk masing-masing variabel independen yaitu variabel bauran pemasaran jasa {marketing mix) jasa berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian di J.CO Donuts and Coffee Palembang Indah Mal. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diketahui bahwa faktor produk merupakan faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian di J.CO Donuts and Coffee Palembang Indah Mal. J.CO Donuts and Coffee Palembang Indah Mal harus dapat membuat produknya lebih menarik, unik, dan berbeda dari pesaing (diferensiasi). Hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh J.CO Donuts and Coffee Palembang Indah Mal yaitu dengan mengembangkan varian rasa, ukuran, serta senantiasa menjaga kualitas tekstur produknya agar sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen.
