This study aims to determine adequate or not the implementation of Management Control Systems receivable at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Rivai Palembang. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study is divided into three, namely questionnaires, direct observation and research. In this study the processing of data using qualitative descriptive analysis method of qualitative analysis techniques, namely the theory compare with the company and the fact that no further conclusions drawn from this comparison. The results showed that control Systems receivable management at PT. PLN Rayon Rival Palembang inadequate because of the quality of work the lower accounts receivable, accounts receivable collection procedures require a long time, the number of employees receivable collection and recording meter is still lacking, recording meter accuracy is still low and yet the implementation of strict sanctions against the delinquent payment of electricity.
