This study aimed to examine the effect of public accountability, Government ’s internal control system and Budget goal clarity on SKPD managerial performance. The population in this study is SKPD in Prabumulih city. The sample selection using purposive sampling, with 57 respondents. Primary data were used in this research, collected with a direct survey using questionnaire that sent to Top and Middle manager at every selected SKPD in the Prabumulih city. Multiple regression analysis are used as nalysis method with using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) as the tools. The research proves that: 1) Public accountability significant positive impact on SKPD managerial performance (HJ Accepted), 2) Government ’s internal control system significant positive impact on SKPD managerial performance (H2 Accepted), and 3) Budget goal clarity significant negative impact on SKPD managerial performance (H3 Denied).
