Implementasi kebijakan pengaturan pedagang kaki lima di taman Kota Baturaja
Street vendors in the City of Baturaja especially those in the Baturaja City Park continues to grow from year to year, always in the spotlight, and over time become a cause of social problems. Location of the problem of disorder, which increases the amount of rapid run private, disruption of traffic flow and the use of public facilities and even the rules are made is not enough to be able to handle the problems that arise and result from street vendors is. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of a policy setting street vendors, to see the impact that will result from the presence of street vendors in Baturaja City Park Location handled through local regulation of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency No 7 of year 2011, which contains about setting street vendors. Informants used are street vendors (PKL), Department of Health and Beauty and the public about the City of Baturaja and Baturaja City Park. From the findings, it can be concluded that the local regulation Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Histories No. 7 of 2011 and can not be optimally suited to address the issue of street vendors is complicated and complex. Based on the above research findings, it is suggested that the Local Government correct flaws or revise regulations. Especially on technical guidelines, providing a further bias relocation and appropriate program for street vendors that they are willing to move and without loss of livelihoods.
