Isolasi dan identifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari jamur endofitik penicillium sp pada rimpang tumbuhan kunyit putih (Curcuma zedoaria (Berg) Roscoe) dan uji aktivitas antioksidannya
The secondary metabolites compound from endophytic fungi Penicillium
sp living in kunyit putih rhizome plants (Curcuma zedoaria (Berg) Roscoe) have
been isolated. Isolation began with cultivation of Penicilium sp fungi in 8 L of
PDB’s media (Potato Dextrose Broth) until 24 days. The PDB’s media was
extracted partially used ethyl acetate and then evaporated following by
evaporation. The extract ethyl acetate was separated and purified by gravity
column chromatography techniques. The structure of these pure compound was
determined by spectroscopy methode (UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR) and the
antioxidant activity was tested by used DPPH (1,1-difenil-2-pikrilhydrazil)
methode. From extract ethyl acetat was obtained a pure compound in form of
colorless oil (20 mg). Based on the analysis of spectroscopic data, the isolated
compound was bis (2-etyhl hexyl pthalate). These isolated compound showed IC50
value > 100 µg/ml which indicate that compound is inactive as an antioxidant.
