This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Makrayu Palembang Community Health Center. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 63 respondents and used a saturated sampling technique so that the sample used was the entire research population who were employees of the Makrayu Palembang Community Health Center. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline together have a significant influence on employee performance Puskesmas Makrayu Palembang.
