Education plays a pivotal role in a nation's progress and the enhancement of societal intellect. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Unggul Lahat Selatan, a distinguished institution in Kabupaten Lahat, aims to provide quality education. In pursuit of this objective, evaluating teachers' performance becomes paramount. This research adopts a quantitative approach involving 38 teachers as respondents and utilizes SPSS sofiware for analysis. The primary focus is to assess the combined impact of the work environment and work discipline on teachers' performance in this school. The research findings reveal that the work environment and work discipline significantly influence teachers' performance, with a relatively high level of significance. More than 84.5% of the variation in teachers' performance can be explained by the work environment and work discipline variable included in this research model. The remaining approximately 15.5% of the variance in performance is influenced by other unexamined factors. In a partial analysis, work discipline positively affects teachers' performance, with a coefficient of 0447, while the work environment also exhibits significant influence with a coeficient of 0.000. The F-test results indicate an F-value of 101-614 with an extremely low probability of 0.000.This probability value is significantly smaller than the conventional significance level set at 5% (0.05. In other words, the F-value (0.000) falls below the significance level a (0.05). This indicates that the regression model involving the work environment and work discipline variables together has a significant impact on Employee Performance in this educational setting.
