ANALISIS POSTUR KERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT (REBA) PADA PROSES PENANAMAN PADI (Sativa Oriza l) DI DESA SIDORAHAYU KECAMATAN BELITANG KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR
Rapid entire body assessment (REBA) is a method used to evaluate a worker’s body posture when carryng out an activity. The work posture asessmentnaims to find out whether the worker’s body posture meets ergonomic rules. This research aims to determine the risk of working posture during the rice planting process, determine the energy consumption of workers, determine the depth of the land, as well as the temperature and humidity of the worker’s environment and provide suggestions for improvements to the condition of the worker’s working posture. The method used in this research is rapid entire body assessment (REBA) to determine the discomfort felt by workers. The result of this research are 1). Based on the NBM questionnaire, the three workers have several similarities in body pain. The total scores of worker 1, worker 2, worker 3 are 45, 48 and 54. 2). The soil depth of the rice fields in this study is in the ideal category, namely 8.2 – 15 cm. the deeper the soil, the more it will affect worker fatigue. 3). The energy consumption of workers for worker 1 is 16.994 and includes very heavy work, for worker 2 it is 21.643, including very heavy work, for worker 3 it is 19.963 and includes very heavy work. 4).The results of the rapid entire body assessment (REBA) method for the three workers have a REBA score of 9 and include a high risk level and require immediate corrective action.
