Musculoskeletal injuries often occur during dance, involving movements that exceed the body's capacity. Lack of knowledge regarding the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries can increase the risk of injury. One way to increase this knowledge is through health education in the form of interactive games, such as Spineery, which is an educational game in the form of a spinning wheel that contains various questions about the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Spineery game on the level of knowledge of prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in dance division students. This study was a quantitative study with a one-group pretest-posttest design.The sample used was 30 respondents taken using non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire. The characteristics of respondents were the age range of 19 years most (56.7%) and the majority were female (86.7%). The results of the statistical test were analyzed using the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results of the respondents' knowledge during the pretest (53.3%) had a level of knowledge in the poor category and the results of the posttest (70%) were in the good category with (30%) having sufficient knowledge with a p value < 0,001 (a < 0,05). Based on the analysis, it was concluded that health education using the Spineery game significantly influenced respondents knowledge regarding the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. The Spineery game can be an engaging and effective tool to increase knowledge. This interactive approach can also be applied to various groups requiring education regarding the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.
