Reference values are essential basis for clinical decision making dan can vary between populations. Until now, in Palembang, specifically at RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, there are currently no established reference values for the TG/HDL-C ratio, non-HDL-C, and remnant-C. Therefore, research establish these reference values is necessary. This study is an observational analytical research with a cross-sectional design. The research sample comprises data from previous studies, including lipid tests that encompass triglycerides, HDL-C, LDL-C, and total cholesterol from healthcare personnel and volunteers at RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang during the period from October 2020 to January 2021, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria through total sampling method. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, independent t-test, and Mann-Whitney test. This study obtained 283 samples; 120 males and 159 females.
