PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PERUSAHAAN TRAVELOGIN TOUR AND TRAVEL (STUDI PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA)
This research, entitled Social Integration of Transmigrant Communities in the Mandiri Sungai Rambutan Integrated City, Ogan Ilir Regency, aims to describe the forms of social integration, and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for social integration of transmigrant communities in the Mandiri Sungai Rambutan Integrated City, Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Determination of informants by purposive method. Types and sources of data were obtained through primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed. The results of the research are the forms of social integration that exist in the Mandiri Sungai Rambutan Integrated City, Ogan Ilir Regency, namely normative integration, functional integration and coercive integration. (1) The normative forms of integration that occur in religious life are routine yasinan and routine weekly recitations, then in social life the forms of integration that occur are mutual cooperation, cooperation in daily life, and celebrations. (2) The form of functional integration that occurs is the mixing of customs at weddings and celebrations as well as farmer groups. (3) The form of coercive integration that occurs is the composition of the village government consisting of local communities and transmigrants and the distribution of locations where the transmigrant communities live is broken up so that they can mix easily. with local communities. Then the supporting and inhibiting factors in social integration in the Sungai Rambutan Independent Integrated City are (1) Supporting factors are mutual respect for local communities and transmigrants, quite intense communication, and mutual attendance at events organized by residents. (2) The inhibiting factors are individual differences, the primordialism of some individuals, and the distribution of village government assistance that is not well targeted.
