Maritime Diplomacy is a policy framework and cooperative concept between nations aimed at supporting the establishment of security and stability in a country's maritime region, which is vulnerable to threats such as illegal fishing, marine pollution, and smuggling. Using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach and supported by literature review techniques, this study delves into the prevalence of illegal fishing by Vietnam within Indonesian territory in the Natuna archipelago, relying on official and credible data.
