Background. Cervical cancer is a malignancy of the cervical epithelium primarily caused by infection with the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). In 2022, GLOBOCAN reported 36,964 new cases and 20,708 deaths due to cervical cancer. Hematological inflammatory parameters can reflect systemic inflammation that correlates with cancer severity. This study aimed to analyze the association between hematologic inflammatory parameters, including the Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR), Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR), Monocyte-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (MLR), dan Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII), and the histopathological features of cervical cancer. Methods. This study is an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional design using secondary data from cervical cancer patients at Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang during the 2023–2024 period, obtained through total sampling. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods, while the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) and Area Under Curve (AUC) analyses were performed to determine the optimal cut off values for each parameter. Results. Based on univariate analysis of 297 samples, the majority of patients were aged ≥ 40 years and exhibited histopathological features with moderate prognosis. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test showed a significant associations between NLR (p=0.000), MLR (p=0.005), and SII (p=0.003) with the histopathological features of cervical cancer, whereas PLR (p=0.115) showed no significant association. Conclusion. NLR, MLR, and SII values were significantly associated with the histopathological features of cervical cancer, while PLR showed no significant relationship. These findings indicate that patients with higher NLR, MLR, and SII values tend to have histopathological features with a better prognosis.
