However, the assistance provided to victims remains suboptimal, leading to an increasing prevalence of OHCA-related mortality each year. This issue is primarily attributed to the public's limited knowledge of performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), underscoring the need for appropriate health education interventions—one of which is through educational games. This study aimed to examine the effect of the CARD In Answer Quick (CARDiAC) game on the level of CPR knowledge among members of the Volunteer Corps at Sriwijaya University. The sample consisted of 40 members of the Volunteer Corps, selected using a non-probability total sampling technique, and data were analyzed using the marginal homogeneity test. The results revealed that prior to the intervention, 25 of 40 respondents (62.5%) had low knowledge levels. Following the intervention, 29 respondents (72.5%) demonstrated good knowledge, while 11 respondents (27.5%) demonstrated moderate knowledge. Statistical analysis using the marginal homogeneity test yielded a p-value
