Coral reefs are one of the ecosystems in tropical marine waters that have complex physical structures, are very productive and have high biodiversity. Damage to coral reefs can cause loss of habitat for various organisms that live in the ecosystem. Coral reef community structure data is a very important aspect because it relates to the survival of aquatic ecosystems along with the increasing number of coral reef damage from year to year. This research was conducted from August 2023 to September 2023 on Enggano Island, Bengkulu Province using the Underwater Photo Transect (UPT) method. Data taken includes coral reef cover data, and several water parameters and nutrients. Based on the results of the study, the average cover condition of coral reefs on Enggano Island is 32.69% and is included in the moderate category. The diversity index value of the coral reef ecosystem on Enggano Island is classified as moderate, the dominance index value is in the low category, while the uniformity index value is classified in the high category. Water quality parameters in Enggano Island waters are still suitable and support the growth of coral reefs
