This study aims to develop interactive digital teaching materials in the form of an IPAS (Natural and Social Sciences) flipbook on the material of superior regional products based on the local wisdom of Musi Banyuasin to facilitate the creative thinking skills of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. Validation was carried out by media, material, and language experts, with an average validity score of 90%, which is included in the very feasible category. The practicality of the teaching materials was tested through teacher and student responses, with an average score of 92%, also in the convenient category. Implementation was carried out at SDN 8 Sekayu, while effectiveness was measured through field trials using pretests and posttests. The results showed an increase in the average student score from 49 (pretest) to 87 (posttest) with an N-Gain value of 0.73, which is included in the high category. This flipbook has proven effective in improving learning outcomes and independence and facilitating students' creative thinking skills. Interactive features such as videos, simple projects, Wordwall game-based exercises, and evaluations via Google Forms make this teaching material interesting and relevant in technology-based learning. This study recommends using flipbooks based on Musi Banyuasin's local wisdom to support the formation of 21st-century characters, namely creative, critical, and collaborative thinking.
