PENGARUH HASIL BELAJAR MICRO TEACHING TERHADAP MINAT MENJADI GURU PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA TAHUN AKADEMIK 2020
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of micro teaching learning outcomes on interest in becoming a teacher for Economic Education students at Sriwijaya University Academic Year 2020. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach with associative research type. The data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and questionnaires. The instrument validity test uses the product moment correlation formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach alpha formula. The data analysis technique used is normality test and linearity test. Hypothesis testing uses simple regression analysis which consists of a simple linear regression equation, correlation test, and t test. Based on the results of the t test calculation, it can be concluded that t count more than t tabel, namely t count 11.63 more than t tabel 1.99495, which means that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the results of learning micro teachingon the interest in becoming a teacher of economic education students in the 2020 academic year. The results of the simple linear regression test show that micro teachinglearning outcomes have a positive influence on interest in becoming a teacher, namely if the micro teachinglearning outcomes increase by one, it will increase the interest in becoming a student teacher by 17.142. For future researchers, if they want to use the same title, it is recommended to add different variables so that the research becomes up-to-date and more sophisticated.
