The aim of this research is to: 1) Analyzing the income of rubber farmers when there is a change in the selling price of rubber in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. 2) Analyzing the consumption expenditure of rubber farmer households when changes in rubber prices occur in Kasmaran Village Babat Toman District Musi Banyuasin Regency. 3) Analyzing the level of welfare of rubber farmer households in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency based on Decent Living Needs (KHL). This research was carried out in December-February 2024 in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Based on the research results, it shows that: (1) When rubber prices experienced an increase, the average household income of rubber farmers in Kasmaran Village was IDR 4,048,027 per month. Meanwhile, when it comes to rubber prices, the average income of rubber farmers in Kasmaran Village is IDR 3,506,356 per month with a decrease of 15.45%. (2) There is a difference in household consumption expenditure of rubber farmers when the price of rubber rises and the price of rubber falls by a difference of IDR 406,000,- or a decrease of 19.63%, where the proportion of food is greater than non-food (3) The majority of rubber farmers in Kasmaran Village are categorized as not prosperous either when rubber prices rise or when rubber prices fall. When rubber prices rose, there were 16 prosperous families, whereas when rubber prices decreased there were only 7 families.
