This research is titled empowerment the craftsman ceramic in Pondok Bina Seni Budaya Kalidoni foundation. This research analyze how Pondok Bina Seni Budaya foundation empower people and train them as ceramic craftsman. We analyze what the process an how Pondok Bina Seni Budaya foundation train the people as ceramic craftsman. This research is using qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. In this research we see how the process and shapes of empowerment are taking place. The empowerment process that took place included the formation of a group of ceramic craftsmen by the foundation to the implementation of skills training. The shapes of empowerment includes 5 aspects to support the realization of organized community empowerment, that is a motivation, awareness raising, self-management, mobilization of natural resources, and network development. Afte the empowerment process, we can see how the improvement the ability of ceramic craftsmen to be expected to improve their welfare
