DETERMINAN MAKRO EKONOMI TERHADAP PERMINTAAN TAKAFUL KELUARGA DI INDONESIA
The purpose of this study is to determine how macroeconomic variables such per capita income, dependency ratio, degree of education, and health status affect the demand for family takaful in Indonesia. For the time series utilized, which spans 1989–2023, data from the World Bank, Central Statistics Agency, and Financial Services Authority (OJK) give 35 years of observations. Using Eviews 9, an OLS (Ordinary Least Square) multiple linear regression analysis model is used in the analysis process. The study's conclusions demonstrate a strong and positive correlation between per capita income and family takaful demand. Family takaful demand is significantly and negatively impacted by the dependence ratio. Education positively and considerably influences the demand for family sharia insurance. Health and demand for family takaful have a positive and significant effect.
