The management of the library at Yayasan Bakti is still conducted manually by a single administrator, covering member registration, book borrowing and returns, as well as fine calculation. This manual process leads to difficulties in data synchronization, risks of data inconsistency, and limited simultaneous access. This study aims to design and develop a web-based library information system that can facilitate the management of book data, borrowing transactions, and collection searches more effectively and efficiently. The implementation results indicate that the system can enhance the administrator’s performance, facilitate access to information for students and teachers, and maintain the security, organization, and traceability of library data systematically. Therefore, this system is expected to support a more modern and structured management of the Yayasan Bakti library.
